I have optical neuritis in one eye. It is very blurry and the color is gone. Will lasik surgery fix this?

In brief: No

Lasik will only correct a need for prescription correction, so it is necessary to know why the vision is blurry.
If the neuritis causes the blurriness, lasik will not fix that, nor the color deficiency.
