In brief: No

What it might do if you have a sensitive stomach is to cause cramping which might be hard to distinguish from labor.

In brief: Nope

The truth is .
. . . We don't really know the magic that starts labor. If we did, we would be able to stop preterm labor and be able to start labor in all patients. 90% of patients will go into labor by 41 weeks. Having said that, if you like eating green curry, you should do so.
