What diet would you recommend to a 20 year-old male that is 6' 1" and 150 pounds and wants to build muscle?
Eat healthy. Building muscle has more to do with the kinds of exercise you do than diet. However, one does need more protein to build muscle but much less than most think. Eat 5-6servings of lean protein per day along with a a healthy balance of vegetables and unsaturated fat. Consult with a nutritionist for further details.
You build muscle. Thru weight resistance exercises not by diet. Then with muscle growth eat a well balanced diet with some increase in protein intake.
