Just had a urinalysis. And specific gravity was 1.005 and pH 7.0. Is this ok? My norm specific grav is 1.20 or so.

Yes. Lower specific gravity on ua simply means that you were more hydrated, and your urine less concentrated, than the last time you gave a specimen. Your ph is also within the normal ranges.
That's fine Matt. Your urine specific gravity will vary between 1.003 and 1.030 depending on how much water you've been drinking. Your pH will fluctuate between 5 and 8 or so depending on what you've been eating and goodness-only-knows what else.
