No treatment yet. Currently no treatment is available that will arrest alzheimer's disease or cure it. Various medications are available that can help the body increase the efficiency of disease relevant neurotransmitters and thus improve cognitive performance as compared to without the medication. However, none of them cure alzheimer's disease.
