If i had HIV or aids after 5 or 6 years wouldn't it have shown in my CBC / differ blood test . I even took the home test and showed negative.?

Good question. In late stages of HIV your white blood cell count in a CBC may be.
.And well will be very very low. You may be anemic with low platelets too. By the way..The home tests now adays are very very good.
