Aura migraines without pain in 3rd trimester of pregnancy. A few per week. No other symptoms. Is this just a migraine or maybe a brain tumor?

In brief: Doubt tumor

Headaches do kick up during pregnancy, but should ease as 3rd trimester proceeds.
Might try some 100 % oxygen with rebreathing mask over 3-5 minutes to eradicate the auras, but would avoid meds at this point. Discuss with obstetrician, as highly unlikely that you have structural brain disorder, but get examined to get reassured.

In brief: Migraine most likely

Most likely this is an unusual type of migraine.
However make sure you see your doctor soon to check your blood pressure and do an exam. If your doc is concerned they might have you see a neurologist. Brain tumors are rare.
