Small, rubbery, not movable swollen lymph node on the right side of the back of my neck, sometimes it gives my neck some pains, is it cancerous?

Have them checked. Small neck lymph nodes of the type you describe are not uncommon. A physician should be able to determine whether they are within the "normal range" or not. Not all abnormally enlarged lns are due to cancer. There are a normal of bening conditions that do this too (viruses do it commonly, tattoos, autoimmune diseases).
