In brief: No

Oral thrush can be caused by HIV or any other disorder that affects our immune system, certainly if you are not properly cleaning your dentures, this could cause oral thrush.
You should see a dentist to treat this. Most often, antifungal drugs will be used as well as instructions on how to dissinfect your dentures.

In brief: Oral Thrush

Oral thrush can be, but doesn't have to be associated with aids.
Use good oral hygiene (clean your dentures), and try eating live culture yogurt and/or a probiotic. If it persists/doesn't get better see your doctor for further evaluation.
