I agree; first stop is an OB that handles high risk cases; the next stop would be the practitioner(hopefully an Infectious disease doc)that treats/manages the HIV component...as both will be an integral part of this journet you are planning on undertaking.

..One who deals with HIV routinely. Second..Make sure she adheres to treatment and is undetectable. They may recommend a c-section at the end. They may also use IV HIV meds at the time of birth. The child may also temporarily be placed on meds by mouth.
