Can you suggest some exercises to do in home after baby is asleep?

Lots of downloads. There are lots of excellent exercise programs you can download off of cable, etc. Yoga is great....And quiet!
Sit-ups. If u have dont have any exersise equipment here are a few things you might try:sit-ups, push-ups, lunges w/or w/out weights, "burpies"(may have to look that one up on how to do it).If you have stairs you can go up and down stairs to workout aerobically.An exersise bike can usually be bought second-hand fairly cheaply and is easy to use and get a work-out...Good luck!
