I have high blood pressure since 4 days. I have previous history of hypertension and i'm taking telmisarten and hydrochlorothiazide combination. Is it alright?

Your doctor should get three readings on seperate days to see if it truly increased.
If it is increased then the cause for a secondary hypertension ( correctable mostly) should be identified. Lifestyle modification with wt loss, dash diet, low na diet, increased physical activity should be instituted first. Finally start with 1-2 meds.
