In brief: Growing taller

Once your growth plates have closed off in your bones you will stop growing.
There is not drug to change this. Growth hormone can only be used to increase height while the growth plates are still open.

In brief: You don't

The same hormonal changes that trigger puberty also signal the growth centers of long bones to close.
Once they close, they do not re-open and no additional natural growth is possible. If you have lots of cash, ready to handle lots of pain and a year or two to waste, there are surgical procedures in some countries that could lengthen your leg bones.

In brief: Growth is finished

Growth plates are fused so growth is done.
Stretching can't make anyone taller.
