What is an effective way to get out of bed quickly when you have always hated doing so since childhood?

In brief: Light, & loud alarm
One way is to get a bright full spectrum light and a timer that will turn it on 20-30 minutes before you need to get out of bed.
Another helpful method is to use the most obnoxious alarm clock you can find and put it across the room. There is one cheap alarm clock that sends up a plastic helicopter that flies randomly across the room, and the alarm will not stop until you get it and put it back.

If the reason you have difficulty getting out of bed is that you are very tired when you wake up, then it would be worthwhile talking with your doctor; you may have a sleep disorder or poor sleep hygiene.
