What cancer charity is there that fights cancer in men, women, and children equally?

In brief: There may not be one

I'm not aware of a specific charity that donates to all groups equally.
Even defining "equal" is tough - equal in terms of number of cases of cancer per group means that men and women will need a greater percentage of the proceeds. Equal in terms of number of years of life lost to cancer means that children have a stronger balance in the decision. Many groups do try to help all three groups.

In brief: Interesting question

This is a very curious question.
Cancer charities tend to focus on particular types of cancer, not particular gender and/or age groups. There are not very many cancers that affect "men, women and children equally" so i'm not sure that very many cancer charities do the same. In the end, it's about treating cancer wherever you find it, not making sure you treat equal numbers of various groups.

In brief: None exist

Most cancer charities are focused to some extent on a particular cancer and age group.
Probably the easiest way to achieve your goal would be to donate half to a charity that focuses on adult cancer(s) and half to a pediatric focused one. The american cancer society, aacr and asco fund research and trials for both adults and kids, though the majority of funds go to adult projects.

ACS is also an important source of funds for investigators who pursue basic and translational research.
