In brief: Days

A partial mastectomy is just another way of describing a lumpectomy.
This is an out-patient operation with minimal postoperative pain. Most people may return to work in a few days. Cancer surgery usually includes a sentinel lymph node biopsy, as well. If so, the recovery times may double.

In brief: Relatively quick

It typically takes 2 weeks for the stiches to come out and the wound to heal.
After that you should be welll and functional although there may be a touch of fatigue for another 1 or 2 more weeks.
