2 missed periods, brown discharge, but 3 negative hpts. No pregnant signs other than appetite change & occasional nausea. Could I still be pregnant?

Unlikely. With 2 missed periods and 3 negative pregnancy tests, pregnancy is unlikely. There are many things that can cause delayed menses. You do need to be seen by your PCP or GYN to look into what is going on. Hope this helps.
