Dht causes mpb. Is it due to increased sensitivity or increase DHT synthesis in the person? And will balding men have more muscle gains for the gym?

In brief: DHT IS ANDROGENIC

Dht is a testosterone metabolite that is androgenic.
It has not only been associated with male pattern baldness, but enlarged prostate as well. The effects of Dht may be due to increased synthesis and/or sensitivity. Prescription Dht enzyme blockers have side-effects. Instead, use natural Dht inhibitors (incl., saw palmetto, pygeum, etc.) and resveratrol to maximize testosterone for muscle gains.

In brief: Hair follicle sensit

In balding men some hair follicles are Dht sensitive and die with exposure to it over time.
It's not linked to more Dht but rather the generic programming and sensitivity of the hair follicles on certain parts of the head and body causing more or less hair.

In brief: Yes

This has more to do with the way testosterone is processed by the hair and skin.
I am not sure they will necessarily have more muscle mass.
