Is there any home remedies that can be used to regrow hair?

In brief: No, but...

If you have hereditary male or female pattern hair loss, there is an over-the-counter topical medication called rogaine (aka minoxidil) that you can buy without a prescription.
This is the only topical preparation that has been shown to help grow hair in controlled clinical studies. Everything else is snake oil. Otherwise save your money.

In brief: Unfortunately not.

If there was some home remedy that could consistently regrow hair, it would've been packaged, marketed and sold a long time ago for billions! (plus there would be a lot less follicularly challenged people out there).
What you can do is minimize stress, and try to eat and sleep well. Also, it wouldn't hurt to get checked out by your doc to rule out other medical causes like thyroid, anemia, etc.
