Patient with nsclc, egfr negative, with brain metastates and pelvic area, please give advice for best treatment available?

Chemoradiation. Stage IV nsclc is best treated by chemotherapy and radiation. While a cure is possible, the expectation is a slightly longer survival. If that is not warrented, then supportive or comfort care is advisable.
