You can do as much as you can tolerate, dont push yourself too hard.
Remember to drink lots of fluids. The problem is you should not be exercising in a public place otherwise you will make everyone else sick!

Hello. You should be ok to excise if you have a common cold.
If you have a fever, then rest would be best.

Absolutely. It's never a good idea to exercise, especially vigorously, when having a fever. I've seen a few Of my competitive athletic friends succumb to viral myocarditis, which really laid them up for months.
