In brief: Nothing Structural

While a MRI of the brain is useful to look for any structural reason for your symptoms it tells you nothing about function.
Thus if your problem is related to a functional disturbance of the brain (i.E seizures, metabolic disturbance...) a MRI will not discover the cause. Hence, you should have a consultation with a neurologist to uncover the cause. Good luck to a speedy recovery.

In brief: Not in head

Mri is very good at seeing details in the brain.
Unilkely to have missed anything causing those symptoms. In fact, the aggregate of symptoms suggests that the cause is not a problem inside your head.
