I have been having pain in my lower abdoman also to the sides where my ovaries are. Like cramping but not as painful as period cramps. What could it b?

In brief: Maybe a cyst

U need to see gyne for evaluation.
This could be an ovarian cyst or some other gyne issue. An untreated std will sometimes cause chronic pelvic pain or discomfort, so if u have had unprotected sex, u should have std testing when u see the doctor. Depending on what is found during your exam, u may need a pelvic ultrasound. If no answer, see your pcp as there may be a non gyne reason 4 your symptoms.
