I have 48xxyy syndrome, what are some symptoms that can develop later in life?

In brief: You're you

Congratulations on being special and having found out about your curious karyotype.
My own guess is that it has had little impact on you, and if it has, you already know who you are. If you're short on testosterone, and want more (it's your choice), you can be supplemented -- think about some to protect your bones. You already know whether you're fertile, what you want from life. Don't worry.
