Painful jaundice is likely from gallstones & painless jaundice more toward pacreatic cancer. Gallbladder issues more common than pancreatic cancer. Gallbladder pains in abdomen & nausea mostly occur after eating. Pancreatic pain more in the mid back with weight loss.
