Can sinus infection cause sore spots on head?

Unlikeli. Sinus infection can cause headache and tooth like pain . Sometimes it can cause discharge from eyes and pressure in ears . But skin infection on the scalp is unrelated unless transferred by dirty hands ( nose picking and scalp scratching ...)! wash your hands when blowing nose or touching your eyes and face always !
