Hi i was wondering what's the cause of me getting pounding headaches during sleep. I usually have them right before my menstrual cycle which is irreb.?

In brief: Several things

Teeth clinching at night may be the culprit.
This increases with anxiety and if so it's called bruxism; a drug called Clonazepam can help. It may be migraines but i would at least use 2 aleve (naproxen) about an hour before bed during that time. Oh, don't forget the sinuses, Flonase is an excellent medication. Good luck, hope it helps, i'm betting on bruxism.
