My 1 year old boy has fever 100-101 for a few days. Not acting sick but runny nose and fussy. Has 4 front teeth. Should he see doc? Just teething?

In brief: Probably

He is probably teething.
However, if this low grade fever spikes and goes on for a bit more, go see the pediatrician.

In brief: Maybe

I can be hard to determine the exact cause of an infants symptoms.
.. It might be related to teething or it might be a cold. Please monitor your child closely and give palliative care: 1. Cold compresses 2. Children's tylenol (acetaminophen) per the label's directions. 3. Maintain hydration, plain water is ok. 4. Call your pediatrician if the fever increases or persists for more than 3 days.

In brief: Not to worry

It sounds from the description that he is in fact teething.
If it continues i would take him to a pediatrician to have him evaluated.
