Prostatitis following non specific urethritis bacterial or fungal as candida present?

Likely bacterial. Although reports of fungal prostatitis have been reported in the literature, this disease is quite rare, limited to severely immune-compromised (transplant or hiv) patients who are hospitalized. If your have a prostatic infection, it is most likely bacterial and candida is a urinary or culture contaminant. I recommend you see a urologist for evaluation & treatment.
