What can I do to regulate my cycle without intervention? I have previously had regular cycles, even before bcp, I am not under or over weight.

In brief: Hard

You do not have to be obese to have irregular menses.
There is no known way, that I am aware, not naturally regulate your cycles. Three is metformin which helps those with pcos to ovulate if Insulin elevated. 30% will ovulate on 1500 mg per day. Good luck, sorry couldn't be more helpful but try an ovulation predictor kit to see if u are ovulating.
