My rhr is 50 but after 3 min of light jogging, my hr is 175 and i'm dizzy, tired, + numb hands. Bad?

Presuming you do not have any other medical problems, having symptoms like this after just 3 minutes of light exercise is not good and should be discussed with your primary care physician.

You need to be evaluated by your pcp asap.
Until then, i wouldn't advise performing any intense exercise. I'm concerned about a cardiac condition, eg arrhythmia, valvular disorder.
