In brief: Possibly, not likely

Decreased testosterone and sperm mobility is not included in the reported side effects of topamax (topiramate).
It is, however, reported to cause impotence in 1% and decreased libido in 1-2% of patients. There was one study - in rats, not humans - that showed topiramate decreases sperm motility and testosterone. These results don't necessarily mean the same would occur in humans.

In brief: Likely not in men.

One study i'm aware of showed a decrease in sperm while taking topamax (topiramate).
.. But this was in adult rats. Decreased sperm and testosterone in humans is not a well established side effect of topamax (topiramate). Nevertheless, if he's worried and he's taking it for migraines, it won't hurt to talk with your doctor about switching migraine medications. Best of luck!

In brief: Here are some...

Glad you got answers directly about topamax (topiramate).
But it's useful to know: 50% of causes for infertility are attributed from females; 30%, from males; and 20 %, in part from females or males. So, both parties should be systemically evaluated so to know what could be one to help improve the odd to conceive in time.
