In brief: Great nights!

It's hard to recommend anything that might sacrifice your nights.
Preserve that no matter what. For the naps, start a strict daytime feeding schedule of every 2 -3 hours. Force the nap-time, but don't allow the naps to be more than an hour at a time. This will allow your child to get some rest, but hopefully it will not affect your nights.

Try to stick to the same schedule everyday. A consistent routine is important!

In brief: Naps

I find that most babies don't create their own nap schedule until around 6 mos.
As long as it's not backfiring on you at night, then i wouldn't worry too much about it right now.
