Dont eat or drink anything after midnight.
Show up on time for your surgery. Write down any questions you have for your surgeon (its not too late to ask even just before the surgery). After surgery, stay away from nsaids unless your surgeon says its ok. Dont pick at the crusting on your nose. You can clean with a qtip and soaked in hydrogen peroxide.
