No pms symptoms but I did get my period? I am on my period now so I obviously have not skipped a period . Yet I had no pms this month. Why is this?

Maybe you're eating better -- more omega-3's, fruits, and veggies. Maybe you've increased your exercise. Maybe you've reduced caffeine, refined sugar, and sodium intake. Maybe you're taking a good multivitamin, or a B complex with extra B6; also reducing stress. Are you taking anti-inflammatory medicines? Or, you've had a spontaneous remission. Nice Christmas gift, it seems.
