In brief: Nothing specific

These findings are not specific.
This will depend on your total evaluation and why these tests being done. The test alone do not make a diagnosis.

As usual in rheumatology, the labs are ancillary and the diagnosis will depend ultimately on the history and physical exam.

In brief: Clinical diagnosis

Serum protein electrophoresis will probably either be normal or show slightly high immunoglobulins.
The titer of your ANA will be noted, and ultimately the diagnosis of lupus or whatever related illness will be made on history and physical exam. Good luck.
