In brief: Blood pressure

Unclear how long ago you had surgery.
In immediate postoperative period stress of surgery, local medications (epinephrine or afrin) used by surgeon or unmasked underlining hypertension and pain can contribute to elevated blood pressure. If the surgery was a month ago your probably have essential hypertension. There are other causes. See primary care physician.

In brief: Generally no

The case itself should have nothing to do with you blood pressure.
The last thing i want in nasal surgery is bleeding because your more prone to have post operative bleeding. Now if you already have blood pressure issues or have had problems with anesthesia before than it may be an issue. Discuss it with your physician though just to be sure.
