In brief: Clobetasol

Treating lichen sclerosis generally requires a highly potent steroid like clobetasol.
This is an especially good choice when lichen sclerosis is located on the vulva as clobetasol will not cause any long term skin changes to this fragile tissue area.

In brief: Biopsy

You should also probably have a biopsy since it is associated with cancer.
..Especially if the lesion persists with the medication.
