In brief: ENT is best

Seeing an ENT is best.
Before you go, try some simple measures like saline nasal spray - use liberally throughout the day to moisten the nose. Clean your nose only in a moist environment - like in the shower- avoid using dry tissue - the nasal tissues are very sensitive. You can also use a humidifier at night and some neosporin in the affected nostril at night.

In brief: ENT

An ear, nose & throat (ENT) specialist is whom you'd be looking for. That's assuming the nosebleeds aren't being caused by a problem with your blood's ability to clot.
Seeing your primary care physician first is probably the best idea.
