Chicken. Protein sources are labeled as: complete proteins (provide all essential Amino Acids (aa) in sufficient quantity), e.g., chicken, fish, eggs, milk & cheese. Incomplete proteins (either do not provide all essential aa or provide all Amino Acids in not sufficient quantity), e.g. Rice, beans, tofu and soy. Plant proteins are incomplete. You must combine them to get all of the Amino Acids body needs.
