What long-term health effects will I have from eating too much high mercury fish (ahi tuna)?

AHI - ^ mercury. I agree with dr. Hickerson. Ahi tuna has one of the highest concentrations of mercury found in fish. There are more healthy kinds of tuna you can eat from a mecury standpoint. Yellow fin & white albacore tuna intake should be limited (no more than 3 – 6 oz servings per month). Skipjack & canned chunk light tuna have a lower amount of mercury (no more than 6 6-oz servings per month).
