Migraines are very severe headaches often accompanied by throbbing, photophobia (lights worsen the headache), and vomiting.
Prescription meds are often required. Tension headaches are usually brought on by stress and are vice like in nature. Over the counter meds will help. Sinus headaches are frontal and are accompanied by cold symptoms in which antibiotics are needed.
