In brief: Symptoms.

When someone had leukemia, it causes specific symptoms.
These include easy bruising or bleeding, fatigue, fevers. The leukemia affects the blood counts, typically making blood counts very low. Leukemia may also cause swelling of the lymph nodes, liver and spleen.

Both, Anorexia Nervosa and Bulemia are more common in young females. For the diagnosis of AN, another criteria is that there should be a decrease in body weight of at least 15% as compared to an average person.

In brief: It is easy to check

There are several symptoms like fatigue, brusing, gum bleeding, fever, sweats and other things.
A blood test will be a very helpful start. Please see your doctor.

In brief: Many

Could be fatigue to lodi g weight to easy brushing or bleeding from gums.
No specific signs or symptoms of leukemia. Would get your blood checked. That is easy way to pick up something fast.
