In brief: Yes

This is a very controversial question.
I believe it is not a problem, an egg is an excellent source of protein and calcium, the yolk-large cholesterol content. However this cholesterol doesn't translate in the body to the 'bad' cholesterol. Very important is check your entire lipid panel on a doc checkup. If there is a cholesterol problem, then the diet has to be individualized. What else is new!

In brief: Problems Unlikely

If you have only 1 egg per day there is a low chance of medical problems resulting in this type of diet.
More than this may be too much and remember too many eggs may cause elevation of fat levels.

In brief: Okay

Agree with Dr. K.
If you have do not have high lipids, one egg a day is fine.
Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
