In brief: Not likely.

Most headaches are not caused by brain tumors.
However, frequent, recurrent or constant headache does require evaluation, especially if the symptoms are increasing in severity or interfere with normal functioning. Discuss this with your doctor if you are concerned.

In brief: Not as likely.

Although headache can be a presenting symptom of a brain tumor, other things are more likely.
You might have an aneurysm, described as "the worst headache of your life", or, more likely, you can be experiencing one of several kinds of headaches, like a cluster or a tension headache. Even more likely is a migraine headache, brought on by triggers like wine, lights, etc., so see your dr to be sure.
