I have high levels of vitamin B6 and b1. I don't take vitamin b supplements and my multi vit has 3.2mg of B6 in it. Suggestions on why it's high?

Check your diet. Some foods conatin high level of vitamins b6 and b1. Cod, salmon, halibut, trout, tuna and snapper; chicken, turkey, beef, and pork; bell peppers, spinach, baked potatoes (skin included), green peas, yams, broccoli, asparagus and turnip greens are just some examples of fish which contain high levels of b6. Eating vitamin b2-enriched cereals, red meats or leafy vegetables, you can get vitamin b2.
