I am 24 years old, my nerve damaged due to cauda equina syndrome, did surgery but still bladder not emptying. Will my bladder get its function back?

Also, there are meds available to assist urinary function. Possible that you may improve over a few months as healing proceeds. Read more...

Nerves pressed, had cauda equina, did surgery, bladder not emptying, repeated MRI & found little fluid collection. Doctor order nerve conduction test. Why?

True true unrelated. My guess is that the nerve conduction test was to see if you had residual nerve damage from the initial problem. Surgery can relieve the pressure but the nerve damage might take up to 2 years to heal - or not heal at all. The EMG was likely to assess the extent of the problem to direct further therapy. Ask your doc why, too. Read more...
