In brief: Service Dog

There are multiple organizations that train and assign medical service dogs.
To get these dogs, there's an application process, you need to commit long-term, and be able to provide for the dog's food, supplies, and medical needs. You must be willing to come be trained in the dog's commands. For more info, here's one site: http://www.Medicalservicedogs.Com/what-are-service-dogs/service-dog/.
