In brief: Moderation

Excess protein actually can inhibit your production and secretion of testosterone.
Also testosterone is made from cholesterol. So i would not recommend a "high protein", "low fat" diet. Depending on your weight and activity level, i would recommend 6-8 ounces of protein (and fat) in the form of meat or fish or eggs or cheese or poultry 3 times each day. Keep your carbs fairly low.
