I have this disease and have been turned down by vanderbilt and cleveland clinic for stents, but one doctor at another hospital said he could do stent?

Depends. Cardiologists all have different thresholds as to when they should to procedures; even if a procedure can be done doesn't necessarily mean that it _should_ be, if the risks outweigh the benefits. It is always useful to have a second opinion, and the key is to get appropriate informed consent; ask the new doctor why he's willing to do the stent where the others aren't.
